Charlene Bonvissuto, the President & Chief Executive Officer at Focused Health Solutions, is a registered nurse, with an MS in Nursing and Healthcare Administration, Summa cum Laude, from State University of New York at Buffalo, and a health care industry expert with extensive experience in clinical, administrative, consulting and corporate executive management. From June 2007 to June 2008, she served as the Chief Operating Officer for Focused Health Solutions. She previously served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Solucient, LLC; a health care market leader in decision support and comparative information services; and a partner with Capgemini Ernst & Young's health care consulting practice in Chicago.
Eric Mollman - Chief Financial Officer & Vice President, Finance
Mr. Mollman provides sophisticated financial support to all departments to enable them to best serve current and prospective clients as well as manages the company’s financial operations and balance sheet.
Mr. Mollman has 24 years of experience in all aspects of business finance, management and planning, particularly in working as lead financial officer with private equity-backed companies. Prior to joining Focused Health Solutions, he was Vice President – Finance of Pacific DataVision and Vice President – Finance of NeoWorld Communications; in each role, he was instrumental in capital raising and managing the financial aspects of the companies’ business plans. Mr. Mollman has particular experience in raising capital, having spent 18 years in various capital market roles at Bank One and predecessor companies.
Michael Taylor - Executive Vice President, Business Development & Strategy
Mr. Taylor is responsible for corporate sales, marketing, client services and product development at Focused Health Solutions. He serves as the primary interface between the company and its current and prospective clients and business. Mr. Taylor has an extensive executive management background, having successfully led multiple market-changing innovation and strategic growth initiatives.
Previously, Mr. Taylor was a member of the venture capital-backed management team at Lumenos, an innovator in consumer-driven healthcare. He also served in senior management positions at LifeMasters, a national disease management company, and at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), a $7 billion global healthcare company.
Mr. Taylor is a nationally recognized speaker on the subjects of healthcare consumerism and employer cost containment, and is a former award-winning political journalist with Congressional Quarterly and with U.S. News & World Report.
Heather Knowles - Vice President, Information Services & Technology
Ms. Knowles is responsible for FHS’ information technology and analytics services. Ms. Knowles has decades of experience collecting and analyzing patient data, developing reporting models, and reducing medical expenses through sophisticated claims recovery processes for large health plans and employers. She is a certified project manager from the Project Management Institute and is the project sponsor for FHS' FIT application and business intelligence/reporting initiative.
Caroline Millman - Vice President, Human Resources
Caroline Millman oversees all human resource and training needs at Focused Health Solutions. She has helped the company grow from its earliest days to a premier disease management company and a world-class training environment.
Her entire career has been in health care, initially as an owner of a clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory and later involved with nursing organizations in the northern suburbs.
She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Human Resources Management Association of Chicago.
Tammy Welbourn - Vice President, Operations
Ms. Welbourn is responsible for the operational oversight and clinical quality of FHS’ programs. Ms Welbourn has over 10 years of prior experience in telephonic clinical care delivery, triage, disease management, wellness, and pharmacy support. Prior to joining Focused Health Solutions, Ms. Welbourn served as the Area Vice President of Operations at Matria Healthcare and as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations for McKesson Medical Management Group.
Gina DeBruin - Director, Client Management & Customer Experience
Ms. DeBruin comes to Focused Health Solutions with over seven years of successful sales, account management, and client services experience in the health care industry. Most notably, she has held senior-level account management positions with two pharmaceutical leaders, Merck & Co. and Johnson & Johnson. Her current role as Director has her leading the Client Management team at FHS, ensuring a high-level of customer satisfaction and consultative partnerships exist between FHS and our client base, and providing solutions to optimize the customers’ experience with FHS.
Sudhir Kalavagunta - Director, Information Services & Technology
Mr. Kalavagunta has over a decade of Information Technology experience in Healthcare, Financial and Business process outsourcing industries. Mr. Kalavagunta helps drive technology strategy and direction to meet FHS business operations. He is responsible for overseeing application development and technology infrastructure at FHS and also serves as the HIPAA Security Officer to ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements.
